Home remedy for blackheads
Blackheads are the black spot that occurs due to access of oil, dust, bacteria, dead skin and many other impurities. This is one form of acne. Blackheads are the results of over production of oil by glands contained in our skin, which can appear on your face, chest, and back. Instead of removing blackheads by squeezing, the best way to get rid of them is by attacking the source of the problem
Blackheads can also caused by pollutions, stress, menstruation in women, humidity, not drink enough water, consume too much junk foods and defined sugar products.
Don’t worry, there are many very effective home remedy for blackheads.
- Mix vinegar and cornstarch, make a paste, apply on the affected area, and let it dry. Wash off with warm water.
- Blend fresh cucumber, make a paste, put it on the affected area, let it dry, and wash off with cool water. This is a very effective home remedy for blackheads.
- Make paste of lime juice and drumstick leaves, put on the blackheads area until it dry. Wash off with cool water.
- Apply grape pulp on blackheads affected area, leave it for 15 minutes, and wash off with warm water.
- A good cleansing routine will remove blackheads, as it will help wash away excess oil and dead skin particles.
- Avoid junk food such as crisps, sweets, chocolate, etc. will help to eliminate blackheads in future.
- Change your pillow cover regularly. Not many people think that pillow is the place that carries bacteria may cause blackheads.
- Make a paste of 1 table spoon of black pepper and curd. Apply the paste on affected area, leave it on for 10 minutes, and wash off with warm water.
- Drink at lease 8 cups of 8 ounces of water to keep your skin from dehydrate. This is useful home remedy for blackheads.
- Stop using oil base creams.
