Stress is caused by many factors. They could be financial problems, loss of love one, sickness, lack of exercise, relationship problems, over works, frustration, poor sleep, bad temper, hates, fear, jealous and excessive consumption of alcohol will increase stress

External factors caused stresses are: loud noise, extremely heat, pain, chemical, toxic substance, poor diet.

  • Chew 12 leaves of basil twice a day will help to reduce stress.
  • A tea dried sage leave or fresh sage leave mixed with honey will be treatment for stress.
  • Eating green vegetable, banana, bean sprouts, yogurt, seeds, sunflower, pumpkin, date, and prune will be rich in vitamin A, B, C; D will help to reduce irritability and anxiety.
  • Regular exercise and rest will reduce stress quickly.
  • Meditation is another method help to manage stress.
  • Reduce consumption of caffeine in coffee, alcohol, cigarette, sugar and salt.
  • Listening to soft music and increase sport activities, relax will eliminate stress.
  • Practice deep breathing habit will control stress as well.
